He signs contracts to build custom homes and provide Tarion warranty solely under his company name however he is NOT licensed by the HCRA and cannot provide Tarion warranty as required by law.
He employs his daughter, Dana Letichever, as his Office Assistant and she runs to pick up his fraudulent contracts.
After he secures a deposit to build your home, he badgers you with unbelievable excuses as to why he needs more and more money. Once you stop giving him money you were never even obligated to give him, and he's squeezed all he can out of you, he ghosts you. He has hundreds of thousands of dollars of your money, you have no home, and he's nowhere to be found. He's a predator, preying on vulnerable people and their trust.
